Questions owners ask

Straight answers

Is my rent guaranteed on Autopilot?

No, and that is deliberate. We do not rent your property from you to sublet it, and we do not pay you a fixed sum whatever happens. A guaranteed figure prices your void risk, plus the guarantor’s margin, into the number: it always sits below what the property would actually achieve, and it usually locks you in for years. We run the letting instead — benchmarked pricing, a listing that performs, screened tenants, rent collected and chased. You keep the upside and you keep the void risk. If certainty matters more to you than upside, we are not the right service — and we will say so.

Why would I pay when Free already does the contract and the declaration?

Because Free does the paperwork and Co-pilot does the money. The lease, the ΑΑΔΕ guide and the calendar are free forever — no cap, no expiry. Free cannot hold your deposit, chase your tenant or put a video on your listing — and those three decide whether the flat lets in two weeks or seven.

What does Co-pilot cost me if it does not work?

Nothing. No joining fee, no monthly charge. The fee comes out of the rent when it arrives: if the flat does not let, or the tenant does not pay, we are not paid either. It is also why Co-pilot cannot include repairs — work that costs us a person’s day cannot sit behind a fee that may never arrive.

Can I put one property on Co-pilot and leave the others free?

Yes. The tier is chosen per property, not per account, and can change at any renewal. Most landlords start by putting the difficult flat on Co-pilot and leaving the easy one alone.

If I upgrade and then stop, do I lose everything?

No. Your documents, your ledger, your tenant records and your property file stay yours on the free tier. Nothing is deleted, nothing is held back. Only the things we were doing for you stop.

Is the free tier a trial?

No. No time limit, no property limit, no feature that expires. Roughly half of this page is free forever, including listing your property. We would rather have every landlord in Greece on the free tier than a few hundred on a trial.
