Pricing questions

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay the agreed percentage on collected rent — nothing else. On Autopilot, repairs are arranged and paid by us within the mandate you set, then re-billed to you at the contractor's cost.

When do I pay?

Only when rent is actually collected. No rent, no fee — our incentive is the same as yours.

What does the percentage include?

Everything listed for your plan. On Co-pilot: the listing with video, screened tenants, the deposit held by mamaXO, rent collected and chased. On Autopilot, all of that plus repairs arranged and paid by us then re-billed at cost, declarations filed, and a named person who knows your flat.

Is there a minimum contract period?

The management agreement runs for 12 months and renews; either side can end it with 30 days' written notice, email included. Tenancies already in place run to their end, and the tier is chosen per flat, so you can step down at any renewal.

How do I choose the right plan?

If you enjoy running the tenancy yourself, Free is enough — and it is not a trial. If the money side is what costs you — deposit, rent you have to chase, empty weeks — put the property on Co-pilot. If you would rather not think about it at all, choose Autopilot.
