How is the estimate calculated?
We track typical asking rents per square metre in each Athens area and adjust for your size and bedroom count. The result is a range, not a single number, because two flats of the same size rarely rent for the same price.
How accurate is the estimate?
The range covers what most comparable flats in your area ask for. Floor, condition, heating and renovation can place a specific flat outside that range — the exact figure comes from leases actually signed nearby, which is what we price from on Co-pilot.
What affects the rent I can ask?
Location and size matter most, then floor and natural light, condition and renovation year, heating type, elevator and furnishing. A renovated flat with autonomous heating usually sits at the top of its area’s range.
How can I increase my rent?
Targeted upgrades pay best: fresh paint, a modern kitchen or bathroom, autonomous heating or A/C, professional photos and correct pricing from day one. On the call we say which of these your flat actually needs — and which it does not.
How fast can you rent my flat?
With video and 20 photos in the listing a flat lets about 2.5× faster (mamaXO data) — that is what Co-pilot and Autopilot listings carry. We handle viewings, tenant screening, the lease and the ΑΑΔΕ filing; you approve the tenant and receive the rent.
