Open the official lease service with your Taxisnet username and password.
Find your lease
Choose the filing year and your role: landlord or tenant. Find the property’s row.
Save the PDF
Select «Αποδεικτικό (PDF)». Save the file or print it.

Can’t find your lease?
- Wrong year or role. Select the year the declaration was filed, which may differ from the lease’s start year.
- Filed by a co-owner. Check the landlord tab or ask the person who filed it for the PDF.
- Only a paper agreement. An agreement that was never filed electronically will not have a myAADE receipt. Ask the owner to check the declaration.

Where is the lease number?
Look for «Αριθμός Καταχώρησης» in the lease list or on the PDF receipt.
PDF or signed agreement?
The PDF proves that the lease was declared. It does not replace the rental agreement you signed.
Register a new lease
The owner submits the declaration. Follow the walkthrough or the four steps.
Before you start
- Owner’s Taxisnet login
- Owner and tenant tax IDs (ΑΦΜ)
- Agreement dates and monthly rent
- Property details / E9 and electricity supply number
- Energy certificate (ΠΕΑ), where required
Use the details in your signed agreement. The property ID (ΑΤΑΚ) can help fill in the property fields.
Open a new declaration
Sign in with the owner’s Taxisnet credentials and choose «Υποβολή νέας δήλωσης».
Enter the details
Add the parties, dates, rent and property details from the signed agreement.
Save, then submit
Check the details, save the draft and select «Οριστικοποίηση» (Finalise).
Keep the receipt
Download the PDF. The tenant reviews the declaration in their own myAADE account.

Ending or changing a lease
Record a tenancy’s end in myAADE. Rent or term changes may need an amendment; changing the parties or property requires a new declaration.
